Who Is The Hair Psychologist?
My name is Khaalida Mahasan Holt and I am the Hair Psychologist™️ I inspire individuals, women and men (kings and queens) to grow, to believe in themselves, to go for it, to show up with a plan, even when you don’t feel like it, to see themselves and ultimately follow and embrace the music playing in their soul. By teaching my guests to embrace their light under new perspective, it inadvertently allows them to become reacquainted with themselves, and further embrace who they are. A mere aspect of conscious grooming, which not only opens the door for growth to take place, but dares build unwavering confidence through humility, providing both clear and concise insight, which ultimately forges the connection between who they are currently and who they desire to be. Heart connections are created through commonalities, relation to a topic or experience so that we can continue to connect freely through familiarities and grow fruitfully. I'd be lying if I told you that this profession is what I have always wanted to do. In fact, quite the opposite, life had cornered me into a space where I felt out of control and incapable of being able to adapt comfortably with the unfamiliar. Life had stripped me of the things and people I held close to me or could seek for guidance. Once upon a time the interpersonal work that I now provide as guidance for others, I actually needed for myself. It was me who required the work, desperate for the guidance and understanding from experiences I wished I had never experienced, in the first place. I needed to further understand that I was worth it and to match that statement know why I was worth it in the first place. Without wisdom I wouldn't be equipped to walk with you, to teach you, to embrace you, to relate to you, to connect with you and most importantly unable to guide you. It was only by way of my own personal growth that I was able to bring things full circle and come into complete alignment with the person I am today. I operate in grace because I've been broken and I am humble because I am still committed to a relationship of growth. The minute you stop learning is the moment you stop growing, and I don't ever want to stop growing.
